Master of Ceremony
As the Master of Ceremonies, I organise the flow of your reception to create a fun party atmosphere that would celebrate you and your fiancé and your love for each other. My role here is to introduce you and your wedding party (and anyone else), coordinate and introduce speeches, first dance, cake cutting and farewell. I will work with your venue organisers and DJ to ensure your reception timings align perfectly. Finally, I'll see to it that all glasses are full and ready to toast your love for each other!
I will take the stress and worry away so you can enjoy your night and celebrate with your family and friends. Some couples prefer having a professional MC rather than having family or friends do it. A funeral doesn't have to follow a formula. I can work with you to create a meaningful farewell in the location of your choosing: in a garden, on a beach, in a family home or any other special place. I tailor everything to you. It's not about a strict 30-minute service in a chapel; it's all about giving you the time and space you need. I'll help you with lots of practical advice and support to organise what needs to be done. So I'm not just your Celebrant. I'm also your advocate and supporter to guide you through the whole process of organising a funeral. I'll help you identify different options and choices that may not be immediately apparent. I'm here, on your side, and by your side. We'll choose the right style, the appropriate elements and the right words to express your feelings. I'll help you with your own personal written tributes, liaise and support those who speak, and co-ordinate the ceremony. We'll ensure their wishes, as well as your own, are met. And with my background in public speaking and broadcasting, the ceremony will be presented with professionalism, respect and great care and warmth. |

Naming Day Ceremonies

A Naming Ceremony is not Baptism. It is also not a Christening. Rituals such as these welcome children into a Church or faith community. However, many families have no affiliation with a Church or have no religious beliefs at all. But still, they want a meaningful ritual to welcome their child into the world and officially name that child. These parents choose a civil Naming Ceremony.
A naming ceremony can be for anyone at any age: the arrival of your precious bundle of joy, uniting step or adopted children within a family, or an adult name change is all beautiful reasons to hold a naming ceremony. Naming ceremonies welcome your bubba and officially introduce him/her to family and friends. The ceremony recognises the significant role the family, the extended family, friends and the community play in raising this child. It’s also an opportunity for parents and other significant people to declare their promises of love and support to the child before family and friends.
